I've lost my account password - how do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password you need your user login. Click User Login on the menu, then Password Reminder
(under the login form). Enter your user login and click 'Send' - a new password will be sent to your email address. If you've lost your user login, please contact us.
How do I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your listing to a paid option at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on the required Option. The service can be paid for either online via PayPal, or via cheque/postal order via post - contact us if you wish to pay via post.
How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account at any time, subject to a notice period of five working days, by
contacting us. Please note we do not refund payments if cancellation takes place part-way through the listing period.
Can I find out how many people have viewed my listing?
Yes. Logging into your account will provide you with statistics including:
the number of visitors who have viewed your listing
how many of those visitors have clicked on your website link
how many products have been viewed (depending on your listing option)
the number of listing reviews you have, and your Visitor Rating
how often your banner has been shown, the number of visitors who have clicked it, and the Click Through Rate (depending on your listing option)
How do I update my listing?
Log in to your account and click "Change".
