Prices
All prices are quoted in GB Pounds. VAT is not applicable.
You agree that:
your craft or art products are made in the UK, and you are based in the UK.
you will not display anything on the Directory that could be viewed as offensive.
Arts and Creations Directory may correct spelling and grammar errors in your submission, if present, and adjust the category listings if necessary. (We will only do this if there is an error, or if we create another category which better suits your listing.)
you will keep your listing up-to-date and accurate at all times.
submitting an application to be listed does not guarantee a listing in the Directory. Inclusion is subject to the administrator's approval. The administrator's decision is final.
we may occasionally send you email via our information service, providing information related to your membership of this Directory, including changes to these Terms and Conditions,
information regarding your listing, special offers, and website updates.
We agree that:
we will include and make available for search, your listing in the Directory (subject to administrator's approval).
we will not sell, rent or in any way pass on the information you provide to any third party.
Cancelling/Changing Listing Options
You can upgrade your listing to a paid option at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on the required option. The service can be paid for either online via PayPal, or via cheque/postal order via post - contact us if you wish to pay via post. You may cancel your account at any time, subject to a notice period of five working days,
by contacting us. Please note we do not refund payments if cancellation takes place part-way through the year.
Security
We take appropriate steps to protect your privacy, such as protecting personal information stored by us, and encrypting your Credit Card number should you supply it to us.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Arts and Creations Directory or Virtual Tapestry Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Arts and Creations Directory.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that the Arts and Creations Directory is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. You acknowledge that the
Arts and Creations Directory makes no claims or guarantees as to the accuracy or success of its services.
Arts and Creations is not responsible for any inability to access our services, temporary or otherwise. The Arts and Creations Directory is not responsible for any errors
made in our service. By using the Directory you acknowledge the fact that not all errors, omissions, and problems can be detected by the Directory and its administrators.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, but will inform you via email 14 days before changes come into effect.
